A fairy ring is a naturally occurring ring of mushrooms. They are also known as pixie’s rings, faerie circles, or elf circles. The English believed that fairy rings were where fairies came to dance and celebrate, the mushrooms of the rings were used as stools for the fairies to recuperate during the evenings festivities. Please reblog so this photo is discussed. Thanks.
Is this a nudist photo or not?
Back in the 1890’s women could not show their bare ankles without being considered sluts. In the 1920’s it was calves. In the 1930’s if you showed the bottom of a knee, you were a slut. 1940’s a kneecap. 1950’s if you wore a bikini you were a slut. In the 1960’s and 1970’s and even today many textiles think if you show bare breasts, even though it is legal in much of the world, we’re sluts.
Now comes the big question, is it OK for a nudist woman to open her legs at a resort and tan her inner beauty?
I know of many “nudist nazis” who are in their 60’s and 70’s in age who would say that women “should be lady like” and keep our legs together. Why? What is wrong with this picture? I see nothing wrong. We’re nudists, so having our legs open is the ultimate in nude sunbathing.
Now I know some fuddy duddy old naturists will say only women wanting to be pornographic open their legs. Well sorry old fuddy duddies, but many textiles still think bare brests and penises are pornographic too spread or not.
This woman is enjoying the sun to the ultimate with her legs open?
What do you think? Is it OK for nudists male or female to open our legs when we sunbathe? I think it’s time this subject is discussed.  MC

Any part of the body is sexual if you sexualize it, not if you don’t. Granted, the genitalia are always “sexual” in in a mundane, biological sense, but so what? That’s not the sense that’s raises issues.

When I think about how many years of my life I would have been unable to see the beauty in this photo, and how many people in this world still can’t, I can only sigh.
But the photo also reminds me that I’m not alone, not the only person who thinks the human body is beautiful in all its shapes and sizes, male and female.
